Our apartment is at the top of the stairs, in the center.
It would be even nicer if I was a golfer (some free golf for residents), but unfortunately I'm not. Anyway, our apartment is very comfortable, and we are glad to be here.
It is fun to read about your first few days of mission life. We too loved the MTC. It should be an adult EFY type of activity so all could experience it! Good luck with getting your house set up and then jumping into learning what you can do for your branch. They will love you because we know that you will love them. We keep you in our prayers. Hi Doug and Delores, I just found your comment on this blog. Thanks! We got mail. It is our only entertainment, really. Yes, EFY/MTC great idea. The teaching business kind of lurks in my scary box, so far we are just meeting people who pretty much like being lost, but seem happy that they are not forgotten by the Church too. We are the Church police to them I think. But they are awfully kind to us. We are going to present some simple FHE to active ward members this week. These active members shoulder alot of responsibility for each other, everyone serving in many multiple callings. Thanks for your prayers neighbors.
